Leigh Fincher is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, licensed as a broker in both Florida and Utah. She maintains an active presence in two distinct markets: the Panhandle of Florida—particularly Destin and 30A—and Northern Utah, including Eden and Huntsville. Leigh specializes in properties near Florida's Gulf Coast beaches, from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, as well as the premier ski areas of Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley in Utah. Her deep market knowledge, paired with expertise in creative negotiation and contract strategy, allows her to effectively serve clients in both vacation and mountain lifestyle markets.

Leigh has owned and operated several businesses throughout her career, including a lodging company in Utah that managed over 80 properties, as well as multiple real estate brokerages in both Utah and Florida. Most recently, she led a brokerage in Destin, Florida, which produced $100 million in annual sales from 2017 to 2025 before she joined Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast.

Leigh has served on the foundation board of Westminster College in Salt Lake City, the Local Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Games, the Salt Shakers—Good Will Ambassadors to the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce—and The First Tee board in Salt Lake City.

Leigh holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University and an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University. A strong communicator with a hands-on approach to real estate, she is a valuable asset to clients navigating the process of buying or selling property. Outside of work, Leigh enjoys golfing, skiing, and reading The New Yorker from cover to cover.
